Heel Oh Heel..Why you are in Pain??? Why?


Argghhh Heel pain! Sakit tumit sangat mengganggu prestasi kerja harianku! Syuhhh go away..I dont need you.. Well have you ever get this pain after giving birth? Im referring to mommies yang pernah mengalaminya la..

Heel Pain, in a scientific term, called as PLANTAR fasciitis. In the morning, heel pain is often at its peak immediately after getting out of bed. After a long night's sleep, this pain can be almost unbearable. To achieve temporary relief from heel pain, icing the inflamed area or taking anti-inflammatory medications can help to some extent. However, these methods do not provide a significant long-term relief from these specific heel pain conditions. PLANTAR fasciitis ialah penyebab sakit pada tumit kaki yang paling kerap terjadi di kalangan orang dewasa. Plantar Fasciitis, heel pain, heel spurs and arch pain can be treated with simple, non-surgical methods. The most common pain relief solutions are:
• Rest, avoid prolonged activity, such as walking, running & sports
• Ice , apply ice for only 5 mins, allowing the foot inflammation to cool down
• Weight loss
• Stretching exercises
• A low-cost orthodontic shoe insert

Some people assume that this pain is a result of the heel striking the ground I walk, but I'm not wearing high heels lak. Yang pasti,maybe sebab i'm overweight kot muahahah. Arghhh.. It is very suffer as its hurt when everytime I strike the ground. Disebabkan malas nak pergi clinic, I went through few health websites looking for information and found this useful traditional tips. So simple boleh buat kat mana2 je:
Bagaimana mengurangkan sakit tumit?
- balutkan ais dengan kain dan letak di bahagian tapak kaki atau
- bekukan air dalam botol air mineral dan untuk menuam letakkan di lantai. 
Letakkan tapak kaki di atas botol ( pijak botol) dan gerakkan kaki ke depan dan 
belakang (‘roll the bottle’) sambil menonton TV atau membaca . 

Mudahkan ? Hope this can be a little help. Kadang2 cara tradisional pon mujarab. Saya dah cuba, anda bila lagi? hehehe  ^_^..
