Losing your hair as a woman, especially if you're young or at a vulnerable time in your life, can be a catastrophic experience. Hair loss can affect your sensuality and how you perceive yourself. There are usually emotional trials and tribulations when it happens. How scary to think that it can lead to loss of self-confidence and heightened self-consciousness.
Well mommies out there, how well you cope with looking at yourself in the mirror depends on your coping strategies, personality, self-esteem and the support around you? I'm started loosing my hair after gave birth. It become worse day by day sampai kan dah ada bald spot on the left head side. I've tried to use so many type and brand of shampoo or hair treatment but it not much help. Mr.Husband ask me to accept it as it is a common thing for a new mom. But i don't think so. It's not easy, but try to come to terms with your hair loss.
